Recruitment via email:
1. For the application to Warsaw University of Business, submit your documents through e-mail at admissions@wwsb.edu.pl
Entry requirements:
a. Transcripts GPA 2.3 or higher (each year of study)
b. High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree certificate
c. Copy of passport
d. Mention the intake and major in the subject line of your message
e. IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC with a minimum B2 level (for non-native English speakers)*All documents must be translated into English by a sworn translator
2. An offer letter will be issued if the candidate meets all of the entry conditions. After receiving the unconditional letter, the candidate should pay the tuition and admission fees to the university’s bank account mentioned on the paper
3. Payment confirmation should be emailed to admissions@wwsb.edu.pl
4. Once the payment has been verified, the recruitment team will issue visa documents which contain acceptance letters, a confirmation letter, and a letter of accommodation
5. The candidate should apply for a visa at the Polish Embassy after obtaining the visa supporting documents from the University

It is not mandatory. A set of documents may be submitted on behalf of a candidate by a person authorized by the candidate. Please note, however, that the candidate’s signatures must appear on the application form. A set of required documents can be delivered to the Recruitment Office also by traditional mail:

The transfer procedure is carried out through the on-line recruitment system or by contacting the Recruitment Office.
Candidates should declare for which year and semester they are applying for admission.
They should provide copies of the detailed study course sheets from the previous higher education institution.
Each Candidate should write an application to the Dean.
Based on the candidate’s documents, the Dean makes a decision about admission, about which the student is informed by the Recruitment Office.

The number of sessions depends on the number of hours of a given course and specialization, the study curriculum is carried out in about 16 sessions.

All students, regardless of the system of studies, may apply for financial support, such as: social support bursaries, financial aid, rector’s scholarships or student loans. The award and the amount of the benefit are determined by certain conditions to be met. The detailed rules for providing various forms of financial assistance can be found on the website of the university or in its Treasury Office..

Applications for social bursaries shall be submitted within the following deadlines:
- for the winter semester until October 31,
- for the summer semester until March 31.
Applications for the Rector’s scholarship shall be submitted within the following deadlines:
- the winter semester until October 31 for the winter recruitment students,
- the summer semester until 31 March for the summer recruitment students.
